Elliott T. Elm, Esq.
Advocacy with passion and integrity for all.

Elliott devotes his practice exclusively to estate planning. He brings an honest and practical approach to helping individuals and families with a broad range of legal matters, including: drafting of wills, trusts, health care directives, powers of attorney and other critical documents; probate; trust administration; guardianship & conservatorship; property transfers; and, provisions for the welfare of minor children.
Elliott understands that estate planning can be daunting; it can be difficult to talk about sensitive matters that encompass topics such as death, finances, or family dynamics. But with his legal experience and an open mind, Elliott strives to guide his clients through the complexities of estate planning in a judgment-free space so that they are protected. Elliott believes that educating and empowering his clients is of the utmost importance. In doing so, Elliott’s clients walk away from their estate planning experience knowing that they are in control of what matters most to them.
He brings an honest and practical approach to helping individuals and families withElliott graduated with his Bachelor’s of Arts from Saint John’s University in 2011, majoring in Psychology and was a member of the men’s tennis team. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Saint Thomas School of Law in 2015, and was subsequently admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota. Elliott started his legal career in securities litigation at a big law firm downtown. Seeking more client-facing work, Elliott found his passion in working for a reputable estate planning group in the greater Twin Cities area before starting his own practice in 2019. As a solo practitioner, Elliott witnesses the positive impacts of his quality and accessible representation, while efficiently maintaining costs for the client.
A longtime resident of Saint Paul, Elliott is committed to serving the people of the Twin Cities community with respect and integrity.
